You be the judge! There are 20 official selections at Doc’n Roll Film Festival 2026 – so which feature documentary will named best of the fest?

For the fourth year running, we’re inviting Doc’n Roll audience members to be a part of the annual Doc’n Roll Audience Award. This is your chance to show some love for the hugely talented independent filmmakers whose work will be in the spotlight in our 13th London edition, which runs from 22 October to 8 November.

It couldn’t be easier to share your verdict on any and all of the docs you've seen at Doc’n Roll this year: simply vote by Monday 16 November via our 2026 Doc’n Roll Audience Award ballot.

Doc’n Roll-goers have already shown impressive form in picking great docs for our people’s choice honours. Past Doc’n Roll Audience Award winners include Felix: Dare to Dream (2025), Pauline Black: A 2-Tone Story (2024) and Free Party: A Folk History of the Free Party Movement (2023).

All participants who provide contact details when voting for the 2026 Doc’n Roll Audience Award will be eligible to win a set of four complimentary tickets for a screening (or screenings) of their choice at Doc’n Roll Film Festival 2027.

We'll be announcing the 2026 Doc’n Roll Audience Award winner as soon as we crunch the ballot numbers at the end of this year’s festival. Check our socials, and if you haven’t yet subscribed to our mailing list to be kept up to date on everything Doc’n Roll – get rolling!
